Payment Policy​

1. Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Debit/Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
  • UPI / Net Banking
  • Wallets and authorised Payment Gateways
  • Bank transfer to Bhaktika Services Pvt. Ltd.

All payments are processed through secure SSL-encrypted gateways. EpicSafar does not store sensitive card information.

2. Advance Payments

  • Minimum 30% advance required at the time of booking.
  • Balance amount due 7 days prior to departure or as specified in the itinerary.
  • For corporate/group bookings, custom payment schedules may apply.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds are governed by our Terms & Conditions section.
  • Processing time: 10–15 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment only.
  • Convenience fees and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Price Changes

Prices may vary due to changes in taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations. Updated pricing will be communicated before final confirmation.

5. Dispute & Chargebacks

Any payment dispute should be raised directly with our team at billing@epicsafar.com. Chargebacks without prior notice may result in suspension of future services.

6. GST & Invoicing

All bookings are billed with applicable GST under Bhaktika Services Pvt. Ltd. Invoices are issued electronically for each confirmed booking.

7. Secure Transactions

EpicSafar uses trusted payment gateways compliant with PCI-DSS security standards to ensure safe and encrypted transactions.
