1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings and services offered by EpicSafar (Bhaktika Services Pvt. Ltd.), including curated travel packages, yatras, community trips, prasad delivery, and online puja services.

By booking or using any service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

EpicSafar acts as a travel organiser and facilitator for domestic and international tours, group trips, spiritual experiences, and associated activities. We also operate an online platform for booking pujas, ordering prasad boxes, and devotional gifting.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted per person unless otherwise stated.
• Confirmation is issued only after receipt of advance payment.
• Any changes to itinerary or participant details must be informed in writing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: up to 80% refund (after deduction of processing fees).
• 15–29 days: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days: non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10–15 business days.
• No refunds for “no-show” or partial participation.

5. Changes or Cancellations by EpicSafar

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds or alternate arrangements will be offered.

6. Travel Documents & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, and travel insurance as required. EpicSafar will not be liable for losses due to incorrect or missing documentation.

7. Liability Disclaimer

EpicSafar is a facilitator and not the end provider of services such as airlines, hotels, or transport. We shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or service failures by third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

8. Conduct & Safety

Travelers must adhere to local laws, customs, and instructions from tour leaders. Any misconduct may lead to removal from the trip without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and logos of EpicSafar are owned by Bhaktika Services Pvt. Ltd. and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
